{"id":1807,"date":"2022-11-08T16:28:11","date_gmt":"2022-11-08T16:28:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bloodandporridge.co.uk\/wp\/?p=1807"},"modified":"2022-11-08T16:28:11","modified_gmt":"2022-11-08T16:28:11","slug":"rab-foster-gets-starstruck","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bloodandporridge.co.uk\/wp\/2022\/11\/08\/rab-foster-gets-starstruck\/","title":{"rendered":"Rab Foster gets starstruck"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1804 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/bloodandporridge.co.uk\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Aph.-Nov-22.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"211\" height=\"287\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>\u00a9 Aphelion Webzine<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m pleased to report that Rab Foster, the penname I attach to my fantasy fiction, has got a new story included in the November 2022 edition of the webzine <em>Aphelion<\/em>.\u00a0 The story is entitled <em>The Tower and the Stars<\/em> and is a sword-and-sorcery tale involving a bloodthirsty cult of star-worshippers, who are based in an ancient tower in the middle of a vast and desolate marsh.\u00a0 It\u2019s also influenced by the celebrated American horror writer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hplovecraft.com\/\">H.P.
